Shylha Brodyk

Shylha Brodyk is a proud member of the Fort McMurray 468 First Nation. She was taught how to bead by her aunts, grandmother, and mother during her teenage years. Growing up, art was always part of her life, as it was a way of learning her culture. For Shylha, beading is not only a creative outlet but also a source of relaxation and a means of carrying her culture with her wherever she goes.
